Your registration form and $50 non-refundable deposit are due to Quaker Haven Camp by May 25th regardless of how your remaining balance is being paid. Your registration needs to be received by May 25th in order to receive the early bird discount. All remaining balances are due upon arrival at camp.

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO BE THERE?
Registration begins at 3:30 pm on the
first day of camp and ends at 5:00 pm.
Campers must be picked up at 1:00
pm on the final day of camp.
Once registered, campers may not leave
camp for any reason (except emergencies)
unless arrangements have been
made with the camp director prior to
the beginning of camp. Campers who
drive must turn in their vehicle keys
upon registration.
From Northeast: Take US 6 to St Rd 13, south to 1000N, turn right onto 100N to 500E, left on 500E to 900N.
From Northwest: Take US 6 to St Rd 15, south to 900N, left on 900N to 300E, right on 300E to Defreese Rd, left on Defreese Rd to 500E, left on 500E to 900N.
From South east: Take St Rd 13 north through North Webster to Syr-Web Rd, left on Syr-Web Rd to 800N, left on 800N to 500E, right on 500E to 900N.
From Southwest: Take St Rd 15 north through Leesburg to 900N, right on 900N to 300E, right on 300E to Defreese Rd, left on Defreese Rd to 500E, left on 500E to 900N
You will need: Bible, notebook, pen, sports clothing, bug repellant, sunscreen, jacket or sweatshirt, rain gear, two pairs of shoes, swimsuit, towels, washcloth, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, pillow, and sleeping bag or bedroll.
We suggest: beach shoes, camera, and money for crafts, photo, and snacks.
Do not bring: radios, CD/MP3 players, 2-way radios, cell phones, or any other expensive electronic devices
Campers must dress appropriately for all camp activities
and programs. Appropriate dress has been determined
by the Christian Education Boards of Indiana and
Western Yearly Meetings as follows:
Girls are expected to wear clothing that covers the
midriff and shorts/pants that do not reveal buttocks or
upper thigh. One-piece swimsuits when swimming are
expected, and shirts that cover shoulders and chest.
Underwear should not be showing at any time.
Guys are expected to wear shorts/pants that do not
reveal buttocks or upper thigh, and shirts that cover
chest, stomach, sides and back. Underwear should not
be showing at any time. Swimming trunks must cover
buttocks and upper thighs, and a shirt must be worn at
all times except when swimming.
The Indiana State Board of Health requires that
shoes be worn in the dining hall.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE EXPECTATIONS
CAN RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM CAMP.
WHAT OTHER EXPECTATIONS ARE THERE?
In order to have the best camp experience and to allow others to
have a good experience, campers must agree to:
-Cooperate fully with counselors, directors and other appointed
leadership of the camp.
-Participate fully in all scheduled activities (as physically able).
-Respect camp property and comply with established guidelines
for the use of property.
-Respect male and female residence rules.
-Go to bed at scheduled time. Remain in residence during lights
out time, and remain quiet so that others can sleep.
-Abstain from unsuitable physical relationships.
-Abstain from use of tobacco, alcohol, or any substance which
is illegal under the Narcotics act. Alcohol and tobacco are not
permitted on camp property regardless of age.
-Cooperate with the expectations and rules of Quaker Haven
Camp and its managers.
